Find your ring size

Measure the finger you plan to wear your smart ring on. Follow these steps, then match the result to the chart below.

Wrap the finger

Use a strip of paper about 5 mm wide. Wrap it snugly around the base of your finger—comfortable, not tight.

Mark the exact point where the paper overlaps. Keep the strip flat so the mark is accurate.

Lay the strip flat and measure from the starting edge to your mark. This number is your finger circumference.

Step 4

Use finger circumference as your primary measurement. Inner diameter is useful when checking a ring that already fits.

The ring should sit securely at the base of your finger without pinching.
The inside sensors should maintain light contact with your skin.
If your knuckle is wider than the finger base, measure both and choose a comfortable size between them.
Your dominant-hand fingers may be slightly larger, so always measure the hand you intend to use.
